Glastonbury Abbey

With a Monk at the Glastonbury Abbey. I've never met a monk before!
I wonder if he's single?! ;)
A sample of what the monks used to eat. Believe it or not it was quite tasty!

The Glastonbury AbbeyFriends, Romans, Country men, lend me your ears!

The story behind this tree is that it grew from a thorn from the crown of thorns Jesus wore when he was crucified. Someone brought it here and planted it and the tree grew suddenly.

Apple trees!
